To help you develop better loving habits, this challenge will send you a series of concrete, single steps for 30 days. I hope you and your sweetheart will experience greater happiness and connection.
Each day, you’ll receive a text message right in your mobile phone, with an audio message from me describing that day’s challenge. If you need to pause the challenge, you can stop and restart it at any time. This experience is available via SMS for U.S. and Canada and through Whatsapp for all other countries.

How does it work?
After you sign up, you will receive a welcome text message. If you register today, your first challenge will start tomorrow morning at 9 am your local time. Your receipt will come via email.
Every morning for 30 days, I’ll send you a short audio message by text message to your mobile phone explaining your relationship challenge for that day. When you’ve completed the task, you’ll text me back so I can congratulate you.
This challenge is flexible- if you’re going away or need to pause, you can stop and start at any time. All you need to do is reply STOP to stop or pause receiving new messages and then reply START to begin again.
After I purchase the challenge, when will it start?
If you register today, you will immediately receive a welcome text message and your first challenge will arrive tomorrow morning at 9 am your local time.
What happens when the challenge is over?
When the challenge is over you will feel so proud of yourself for all you have done to invest in your relationship! By taking small steps every day for 30 days, you can get a lot accomplished.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you’re unable to complete the challenge for one day, you will still have access to the audio message on your smartphone, so you can listen or relisten to the audio message anytime and send the reply word when you’ve finished. However, one of the reasons I love this new program and hope you will too, is the accountability aspect. By responding to the SMS message each day, you’ll hold yourself accountable for accomplishing each task and stay on track all 30 days.

Does my sweetheart/partner need to do this challenge with me?
No, this is something that you can do on your own, whether or not your partner is interested. Some people might want to do it together, but it is not required to participate. Remember, we can’t change other people’s behavior, though, we can only change our own.
